I’ve succumbed and entered the DVD age. Well, when you realise you can get a pretty decent, above average (though not top the range by any means) DVD player worth £180 for just fifteen quid and 20, 000 Nectar points, then why not?!!

The News Quiz was rather good tonight, but it had Jeremy Hardy on so it had to be really! I bought Simon Hoggart’s Playing to the Gallery book last month (I’ve only been reading the Guardian for 2 years now so I didn’t know any of his older sketches) and read it in a day, it was such a fantastic read.
