Hard landscaping

Well, it’s done. I’ve been thinking of it since this time last year when I spread the manure, dug the garden and planted my seedlings – my front path has been redirected across in front of the kitchen window to the driveway alongside my house.

I feel particularly good about having done this considering yesterday’s techie-geekiness installing the new hard drive to my computer (Note to self: Put receipt into expenses folder for tax purposes…) – when the sun is shining, the spring flowers are, err… flowering it’s nice to get outside and do something.

I know, I could have gone for a nice walk but at least this way I can justify spending an age relaxing in the bath rather than just taking that quick shower…
