I’ve been *friended* by someone going under the name The Eboracum Papers. Let’s see, he’s a writer, he lives in London, loves cats, but I would be interested how he came to find me? We share none of the same friends (well, apart from lj_maintenance and I don’t think that counts) … so Kieren? Welcome! but please, pray tell me how did you find me? What picked me out from the million other users of livejournal…?

Defriend ASAP?
Hello. I’m sure you’re probably a wonderful person, but “LJ glitch” comes to mind. I’ve only now checked your user info – so I find you when your posts started appearing in my friends’ section, i.e., today. I should probably de-friend you, right?
Sorry for the mess up. I find myself apologizing from something LJ thought would be fun to do with my journal…
Re: Defriend ASAP?
You don’t have to defriend me if you don’t want to… I hope you didn’t think I was being at all unwelcoming in my post – just curious – as you hadn’t left a comment, or made any kind of announcement…
But then, if you never actually *friended* me then that that would explain it! 🙂 Still, there are worse ways of making friends than through LJ-glitches, so stick around if you like, or not … I won’t be offended…
Re: Defriend ASAP?
I’ve even added you back… 😉 Hey, so who are you other than being a writer who loves cats…?
Re: Me? …err?
Well, pretty much as my bio suggests – I’m wysiwyg (what you see is what you get). On route to a career in publishing I seem to have stumbled down the web design route and would like to stumble further. By day I do this and by night, this. I am also involved in conservation volunteering (see here). What else do you want to know?
Wow!
Satisfied a-plenty with knowing that between career and life you’ve done/are doing amazing things and going places, as well as to wonderful places.
It’s a muchness of meaningfulness, so let’s call this thread over and I’ll keep reading your journal and about your other projects, if it’s fine by you ^^
