I’m not a line manager, and I’m not a team leader (officially), however I am a *senior* person in the Professional Division team, as such I have additional responsibilities (mainly KPI reporting and the like). It now seems that I now have responsibility for carrying out Markus’ PDR (performance development review) which will involve a training course of how to do one. After my ex-ex-manager I definitely how not to carry them out…
