My laptop arrived today. I say arrived, but I eventually had to drive 10 miles out of my way to wrestle it free of the courier company. It seems that when they agree to deliver to you in an evening slot of 5-9pm, that this actually is not worth anything. They will deliver to you in that slot only if they are still in the area, otherwise they will deliver earlier and let you be damned if you aren’t in.

Still, I made my complaint to Dell whilst praising their own good service, so hopefully the message might get through that this particular courier (Business Post if you are intested) are a bag of shite! Dell offered me £50 compensation on the spot, so that’s good…

…and the new ‘puter is better. Just have to get all me files and such transferred over now!
