1. It’s been a grotty day today. It has rained pretty much all day, and I went into Oxford today with hope that I might find something and in the end spent nothing. Which is I guess good, but on the other hand is bad. I say nothing, although I did make use of my soon to be unavailable discount in Blackwell’s to buy a copy of the 2007 Writers’ & Artists Yearbook on the grounds that I soon will need it. I also bought a copy of the Childrens’ version, as this too may prove useful.

2. Stopped off in Sainsburys to pick up a few essentials that I forgot about the last time I went to the supermarket, and then came on home to curl up in the warm and dry and watch the finale of the recent Robin Hood series and snacked on crisps and houmous. Yeah, I was right, Marion didn’t die, and she didn’t marry Gisbourne either! 🙂

3. Have just watched Star Trek V whilst eating my dinner. Very silly film – always was. It’s the one where they go off in search of God…

4. I’m going to watch one of the dvds I got for Christmas in a minute: Mirrormask. It’s supposed to be good so I’m looking forward to it.

5. I think I need to read Part Two of my novel before I finish revising Part One, Chapter 6. I need to refresh my mind as to how exactly I decided Helen did get back from the other world. Hopefully I might be suitably inspired to do this tomorrow…
