Donât laugh, but yes, Iâve just had my first ever Panini. It wasnât intentional, however got too preoccupied tidying out my airing cupboard last night that I forgot to put some bread on so had nothing to make sandwiches with today. Itâs probably better value to buy a âfull mealâ in the canteen at work, but Iâve got my mince defrosting at home for tonightâs spaghetti bolognaise, and they donât do the nice baguettes that I used to be able to get back at Blackwell (despite being the same catering company).
It was nice.
Edit: Although I do have a slightly irritating, lingering onion taste in my mouth…
