For the past few months I’ve been playing Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride, culminating in a performance of said piece of music in Saturday’s concert. I’d never heard of this music before, but its turned up on Emma’s favourite Christmas CD, and now, I’m hearing it everywhere. It’s in my head (via my mp3 player radio and headphones).
You can’t just get enough of those bells can you, and the horse in the sax section at the end is a classic! 🙂
