I’ve been reading Kate Mosse’s Sepulche – the follow-up to her debut Labyrinthe. I have to say, I’m not entirely gripped with it the story set in both current day and 1890s Southern France, but I’m sticking with it. After all, I’m now 420 pages through the 540 page book.

What I do find interesting about it, is how good Kate Mosse is showing though visible actions what a character is thinking – something that I am only just getting to grips with. I wish I was better at it. Too often I seem to end up telling rather than showing.
