What a gorgeously sunny (if bloomin’ cold) late-winter/early-spring morning. Just before (possibly) ruining it with a hot cross bun and jam to follow my breakfast of fruit juice and cereal, I leapt on the scales, and yay! wavering around the mid to high 15s the scales settled on 15.13 â a personal best for me. 🙂
