The cursed Smithâs of Jay Close, who I am sure are under the misguided idea that they have more power than they actually do because they are buying two houses in the chain have thrown a spanner in the works. A while back we had a letter from them via their solicitors detailing that they wanted to complete all matters by the end of August. This was fine. This was good. We had no problems with this. This would have been perfect.
Now it seems that they have changed their mind. Now they are off on holiday in September and wonât be able to complete until the end of September.
