~ It’s been gorgeously sunny weather today. After a much-needed lay in we got up leisurely before heading out to Bicester town to buy vegetables from the market stall. There happened ot be an Italian market in the street too, and so, partly in the spirit of new job celebrations, we bought some delicious prosciuttio ham, Itlalian cheese, and sausage for our lunch. Then we headed off to Bcester Avenue to stock up on food for the menagerie of cats, bunnies and chickens.
~ In the afternoon we headed down to John Lewis to exchange our faulty lights from the kitchen, and then went for a nice walk in Burnham Beeches before going to Helen and Nick’s for dinner. Chinese soup, roast beef and pudding alll went down very well. A nice day.
