This time last year we were up to our ears (and beyond) in boxes, having just moved into our new house. A year on, and we had a nice leisurely time out in the garden. Emma cleaned out the chickens and planted some of our spring bulbs; snowdrops, bluebells, wild garlic and snakeshead frittilleries. Then we went for a little leisurely amble around the estate in the sun – as Emma pointed out, wouldn’t be nice to one day take an amble around our – well, you can have dreams can’t you?!!

And then we went off to Buckinghamshire to help celebrate Emma’s parent’s Ruby Wedding anniversary. I wonder what we shall be doing in 40 years time?
