I am now as up to date with the typed up version of my novel as I am with the handwritten manuscript, and so can give an accurate wordcount of where I am, which is, extremely encouraging.
25701 / 80000 words. 32% done!
What I have also found, as I type it up and go back over the already written words is that they don’t me cringe or wince. The story still works.
