Today has been another hot one, and a bit of day of two halves. This morning I spent the time doing some of the house cleaning, then I went into town to buy the veg and go to the opticians. This afternoon has been too hot for hoovering or dusting. So I sheltered under the umbrella in the garden and wrote, wrote, and wrote more and more words. I’m liking the way that the story of Mr Tumnal is going.
