After a bit of lapse in the writing stakes, and a Writing Week last week that got taken over by various bits of web designing, I had a burst of writing this week, much of which was writtnen last Monday, and now I am edging closer to a bit of a dramatic mid-point.

“Nine years. In January we’ll have been working here for nine years.”
“It happens every nine year’s apparently, The Professor was telling me – she takes time off, coincides with her birthday and she gets a new teacher in. Someone young. There’s a re-org coming. All our classes are going to change come January. There’s a new teacher starting and Leroy will be taking six month’s sabbatical.”
