Slushy Monday

After such a creatively inspiring and joyful weekend, today was, somewhat of a let down. A very, very Monday.

Taking the sensible option of avoiding possibly icy roads and leaving early to head down the main roads to Oxford, it took me one and a half hours to get to work and to cap it all I’m pretty certain that the country roads would have been fine. I did have a reasonably productive and nice day but felt a bit listless the whole time, wanting to be doing more illustrating. And then when I did get home, I had a poster to finish off and some website editing to do for some clients and my computer was playing silly buggers and I didn’t get to my sketching until later – only got two and half more done! Very frustrating!
