I’ve not had that problem with the friends filters. I just use the Semagic client to set up my groups and make sure that is only in the Default View.

Well if you decide to you can definitely allow me in to peruse them and make suggestions, constructive comments and the like – would be kind of like a global version of the writer’s craft classes I used to go to at college (ah, ‘dem was the days…)

How do you get those Friends filters to work properly by the way? Whenever I try to set people up in different groups I end up getting loads of lj_news posts filling my regular friends Friends page??

I certainly have reams of notes that cover all the ongoing plot changes (or rather all the plot ‘possibles’ since everything I’ve come up with so far stays in the melting pot indefinitely). Maybe it’s a good idea for me to create a book brainstorming filter and add people like as may be interested in being a sounding board.

Nor had I really, till now…?!! I’d had these thoughts last night, and for my benefit as much as anything decided to put them down in my journal to see what happens.

It might make me look at the ideas differently and say to myself yayy, it might make me say “are you crazy?!!” … someone else might say either of those themselves … we shall see…
