I do like a good thunderstorm. The thickness in the air, the sense of anticipation, the rumbles, the lighting, the torrential rain. And the freshness (or should that be refreshness?) after the storm.

Bizarrely I actually like it when I’m outside as one is about to break – just far enough away from sanctory that I have to run, but where I do have somewhere to batton myself inself into and watch from the windows… Anyone else feel this, or am I just weird?

I think there was constant thunder and lightning for about 30 minutes. I was seeing a flash every couple of seconds at one point.
