This is weird. That’s the only reference to that story, it’s no where else on the site that I can see. For all our sakes I hope that’s a joke put there by some (understandably) pissed off employee. Surely they can’t do it? Doesn’t the appointment have to be ratified by the board of governors or something…?!!
