I first saw that film in French when I was staying in a French family trying to learn French. Quite a surreal experience that, really?! I later saw it back in merry England at an arts cinema – still surreal, hey! ^__^

The nice thing I’m finding about dvds for foreign films is that you can turn the subtitles off… *grins*

Actually, another film you should see (c. 1995?) – not foreign unless you count America as foreign?! – but it does have a Three Colours White connection in Julie Delphy, is Richard Linklaker’s Before Sunrise. Julie Delphy and Ethan Hawke meet on a train traveling through Europe, talk, break the journey in Vienna, walk around alnight, talk some more, and some more. And that’s the movie. Two people talking. It really is a very good film.

Hah – I have seen that. And I’d certainly be inclined to pick it up at a bargain price. Thanks for the tip 🙂

Hopefully HMV have the same offers on both sides of the border…

They seem to have all foreign films starting at about £8.99 at the moment. Hmnn, I’m thinking The Big Blue and Les Visiteurs… You seen that last one? Think Monty Python meets Blackadder meets Bill & Ted in French – classic!

Are you any happier with the latest set of pinhole pics?

You’ve still got two weeks (21^st March, I think?), but I’m going down to see me Mum and Dad for a long next weekend next week, so I had to get myself a bit more organised! *grins*
