If you worked in the public sector I could advise you on all sorts of sneaky things you could do to make sure that you were ahead of the game the next time a vacancy arises – but maybe the same applies in the private sector these days. For a start, check to see if the same stock questions come up every time and then find out how colleagues answered them.
