This reminds me. I still have the second half of part two to watch.

I can’t actually remember the details of the story, but it seems to be pretty good considering that it has been GREATLY condensed. I’m also not sure about the American accents but why does this bother me? After all, it was written by an American writer?!!

On the whole I like. It’s not the greatest adaptation in history. But it’s good fun.

One wonders what you think now you’ve seen the first ep

One hasn’t seen the first episode yet. The first episode is on tape, as will be the second. So no spoilers please! ^__^

How the Sci fi Channel wrecked my books.

Also, there’s a bunch of commentary on her website.

I must say i quite enjoyed ep one regardless, if one doesn’t expect much more than a ‘Hercules’ or ‘Xena’ style production and disregard for the stories on which it’s based.

Thanks for letting us know about the Le Guin. I’ll watch out for it:)
