That’s the cognitive behavoural therapy I’ve been mentioning (though I haven’t written anything much about it really.)

I really do think that these workshops are going to be brilliant for you. I’ve been telling B. all about it actually 🙂 I find it fascinating.

In some ways, I think it’s similar to the work I’m having to do for my CBT – we need to go away and study and practice the concepts that are introduced during the sessions. I think that if you’re able to master the ideas that you’re presented with during the training, your work interactions will become easier and more pleasurable. And it has the potential to improve your life in general, too! I’m very excited for you 🙂
