I realised that I hate the look of myself, and yet part of my homework is to look long and hard in the mirror at me and see all the good in me, and not hate the look of myself. Its hard, becuase I guess I have to admit to myself that my hair is thinning up top 🙁

I had a coffee cup in my hands at the the time, and seeing myself on video made me realise the alarming difference in approachability of sitting back, hiding behind my coffee cup, to sitting upright, or sitting forward and putting the coffee cup down.

There are many people who I’d have probably been unsure about at the time if you asked me when I first met them if I would end up being long-term friends with them.

But then one day you realise you’re actually mates with old so-and-so and like fine wine you realise these things often take time to mature and come to fruition.
