An hour later, almost right on queue, a nice couple arrived with a van but with a sorry story to tell of utter incompetence. They weren’t officially starting working for the BHF until tomorrow but had already been out to help them out on Friday, and again on Saturday and again today, and they had already realised just what a disorganised and incompetent shambles the office is.
