My formal review went ok.
There are major changes afoot in my organisation, but my current job seems fairly secure up to December, and by then I hope to have moved slightly sideways into another job. Fingers crossed it all goes ok.

I’m the team leader for the two of us, having been there four years – and the department in which we now belong (since the beginning of this month) is in Edinburgh. Our manager doesn’t actually know what job we are doing in detail, whereas I do. So although I’m not his line manager officially, he kind of reports to me first (kind of…)
