It’s something that happens every few years. It’s not a ‘fit’ exactly, but I think it’s probably epilepsy-related. I can recognise when it’s happening though…

Although not actually a ‘fit’ as such, I think it might be epilepsy-related. I can recognise when it’s going to happen though and can get myself in a postion where it’s not going to hurt me…

Perhaps it was some kind of migraine-like thing? Even if you don’t get migraines regularly, you can get one-off ones sometimes. I had a weird migraine like experience once – I saw weirdly coloured lights and then had a very intense headache for a few hours, and then was fine.
