My essay in this is about how drawing that map was the first step to charting my way out of a darkness I’d lived in for years. There were many factors, but I’m forever grateful to writing for helping lift me out of my depression and giving me a new life. #TheWritersMap is out from @thamesandhudson on the 4th October, same day as #TheWayPastWinter.
