Well it’s done. Well, when I say done I mean half done. The wallpaper has gone (alarmingly easily actually) and been replaced by this Pharoh Gold paint from Dulux down one side of the lounge. I now just have to tackle the other side. But it looks much better…
Now about that novel… I got a quite nice bit written whilst I waited for work colleagues at the pub on Friday (to see Caroline off on her new job) – and I had had high hopes to write loads this weekend – but diy got in the way…
