Okay, maybe not ‘near death’, but a serious health and safety issue. There I was innocently having my lunch downstairs in the canteen today, someone had just left, and so I moved up the table by one seat, and minutes later, the chair I had just vacated was struck by a metal knife falling from two floors up. It bounced off my chair and hit my foot.
Later in the afternoon, we all received a global email round the company requesting staff to take care when walking round the side of the atrium with ‘small objects’.
I’m still a little Eeek!!!
